1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Any of the below documents: a. Certificate of Incumbency b. Articles of Association c. Company Extract d. Memorandum
3. Certificate of good standing or company’s proof of address
4. Board of Directors’ Authorization
Trustee Corporate
• Corporate name.
• All pages of the trust deed.
• Principal place of business.
• LEI number (Legal Entity Identifier).
• Country of incorporation.
• Identification documents of all directors.
• IDs and Proof of Addresses of all corporate trustees.
• Details of the source of funds.
The required documents differ based on the country of residence and the country that the corporation is located in.
