How do I withdraw money from my account?

To withdraw money from your account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the “Funds Management” option on your dashboard.

2. In the "Funds Management" section, choose “Withdraw Funds” and select "Wire Transfer.”

3. From the "Account Number" dropdown list, select your nominated bank account. If the bank account you want to use for deposit and withdrawal is not listed, you'll need to provide us with your bank statements for the account first. 

4. Complete all required fields and click “Submit”.

Our team will review your request to ensure it complies with our terms and conditions. Once verified, your funds will be transferred to your nominated bank account.
